I've been going to Smile Cafe for over 5 years now. They did my invisalign and did a great job, multiple rounds over two years with lots of adjustments and no extra charge. They really do their best to make you happy with the results. Cleanings are top notch as well. I am nervous generally with dentists and often fall asleep during cleanings there. Can't recommend them enough.

I was fortunate enough to have been referred to Smile Cafe from my prior dentist. I’d just moved back to the east coast from Los Angeles and my dentist on the west coast was a diamond in the rough, I truly didn’t think I would find such care at another office. Additionally, I was in the middle of my Invisalign journey with concerns of transferring and continuing that process. Smile Cafe not only made the transition as seamless as possible but from day one has welcomed me with open arms. From their personable staff to their clean space, they helped me feel as though I went from one home to another. Even more so, I moved back due to enrolling into grad school and with that came financial concerns. The staff at Smile Cafe has been so accommodating for providing what I need with respect to what I can afford. Dentistry can be especially difficult to find comfort, trust, understanding, and affordability in. I am truly grateful that Smile Cafe continues to exceed all my expectations in all those areas.

Best dentist visit I've ever had. I went for a cleaning/xray/exam. Everyone was friendly, it was efficient, I wasn't waiting for anything very long. It seemed like they really wanted me there ha. The technology has come a long way too! Dr. Noor really took his time to sit down and talk through all the xrays and explained my teeth in a way I could understand. Would recommend!

Had a great experience from the time that i was welcomed to the time I left the office with my dental emergency fully treated! (Was in pain went through root canal & crowns) So I was seen last minute with the utmost care. I tend to be quite frightened to go to the dentist, but each member of the staff, from the front desk to the very kind treatment coordinator, to the assistant and the specialist that treated me were absolutely the reasons why i highly recommend Smile cafe. Their human kindness made all the difference in the world, answered all my questions and made sure i was comfortable at all times, even in the middle of a very busy day filled with patients. Treated my root canals and crowns with a very soft touch. Dr. Noor, Astrid, the specialist and her assistant are truly a dream team. They speak several languages and noticed that there were a few patients that were from other countries and had the opportunity to witness how they were extremely cognisant of how to best related in their language.. Wow so impressed, while remaining professional and kindly human! :) Look forward to going back and taking my daughter soon for all my dental care needs. :)

I went to Smile Care for Invisalign and a checkup after not having been to the dentist in a while. While I was there they also did a cleaning that was much needed, as my teeth were looking spotless and pearly white afterwards. They performed several mouth scans and have a plan prepared for my Invisalign treatment and I look forward to starting that soon. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. I had decades of not smiling in photos before I came to Smile Cafe. Their team helped me achieve something that I had given up on being able to have. I was told by previous dentists that some of the work I needed could not be done. That I could not be helped. Smile Cafe proved that the intricate surgery and dental restoration that I needed could be done. Dr. Noor is fantastic. He explains everything that needs to be done. He and his doctors and dental specialists have been with me every step of the way through the many procedures that I needed. Smile Cafe has state of the art technology and patient, kind, and understanding people like Astrid and Ron, just to name a few. I cannot thank everyone enough.

They were pressed for us to submit paperwork so we wouldn't delay our appt. We arrived on tube and still had to wait 20+ minutes. Still, we had a great experience. My child is 4 and they were so gentle and kind and explained everything to her. For our first dentist trip, it went so well!!! We didn't need the the frills of a pediatric office. Surprisingly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend. The staff was incredible. They accomodated me so well! The only time I felt judged / misheard was when one of the hygenists did my cleaning. I felt like she lacked empathy and instead of listening just kept assuming things about me, at that point I wanted to leave. Dr. Noor explained the mechanics of human jaws and teeth - how stress and misalignment may cause headaches, grinding of our teeth, and other issues. EXCELLENT! SUPERB! PERFECTION AT IT'S FINEST! I highly recommend Smile Cafe Dental Spa. Dr. Gober did a phenomenal job on my teeth. He is a perfectionist that goes the extra mile and cares about your teeth and mouth. He even gave me his cell phone number the day of my surgery in case I needed anything. I walked in there with two teeth that were a hot mess and now they are totally the opposite! Two beautiful implants that look my real teeth. I couldn't be happier and ALL the staff is absolutely lovely. The scheduler, the receptionists, office manager, dental assistants, and hygienist are all a pleasure.

Absolutely recommend this dentist. Everyone is super friendly and will answer all your questions until you are comfortable. The hygienist did an excellent job on the cleaning because I had stains on my teeth since high school I was told by many dentists it was practically permanent and for some reason she removed it!! Now my teeth are a few shades whiter and then did so without a numbing agent which was also a first. Goes to show how gentle and effective the cleaning was. My visit was for a general cleaning and will be using them from now on.

Smile Cafe Dental is by far the best experience I’ve had with a dentist. The staff is beyond kind and couldn’t have been more attentive to my needs. The dentist was gentle with my procedures and made me feel very comfortable. It was such a pleasure to get know Astrid. She was the person in charge of my in processing. She made sure that I was taken care of and checked in on me very often to make sure I was feeling ok. The best part was knowing that they acknowledge teachers and service members in the community and even work remotely with overseas military personnel. This is very important for me being a service member myself. Needless to say, I will be referring my friends to Smile Cafe. My teeth came out so beautifully, I’m just thrilled with my new smile. Can’t wait for my next visit.

I’m a first time patient 🙋🏻‍♀️ I have two opposites experience, let’s begin with the best one, Norys and Francisco took care of me and I don't hype when I say they’re two of the kindest people ever! They were super nice, cute, explained everything with so much patience and they even stayed overtime only to complete my treatment, they made everything very cozy, when I say they’re great I really mean it!! On the other side, Astrid (apparently the office manager), needs to work on her abilities to deal with stressful situations, I was about to get a whitening and she took me out of the chair because there was “a patient before me”, that’s not the way to solve a situation like this, besides she made me feel guilty all the time and that she was trying to “help me” when they made a mistake with my reservation! Anyway, I'll keep the good experience with Norys and Francisco, they were great and made everything worthy!

Smile cafe is a great spot for all your dental needs. I got my teeth cleaned and my teeth feel amazing from Dr. Joe Kim. He also handled a small cavity. I’d highly recommend him. He was extremely patient and took time to explain as well as make sure I was comfortable. The total procedure was also quick and painless. I was in and out and feel great.

My experience was not only last minute booked and accommodated but it was honestly the best experience and service across many platforms. I’ll explain.. customer service anywhere today is horrid and you feel like you’re an annoyance but from the confirmation to the first step in up until the last step out was welcoming, informative, friendly and comforting. The establishment is clean and trendy-good atmosphere and ambience! The staff from the front to the doctors are extremely personable, kind and warm. The staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Ronnie. Dr. Gober is amazing. I had to wait a little while to be seen and on numerous occasions the dental assistant came and apologized to me. When I first started coming here I was terrified of going to the dentist due to some prior experiences with other practices. I wasn't just self conscious about my smile, I hated opening my mouth. It prohibited me from speaking, feeling comfortable eating in public, laughing, and singing, amongst other things. One day someone close to me passed away, someone I loved very much, and they always told me that the world can be a better place when you make the choice to smile, so I said a prayer, I cried a lot, lol and I made a promise to do whatever it takes to find a way to fall in love with my smile... I thought if I changed my smile I could change my world, but I was still afraid. I thought it was by pure dumb luck that I stumbled on the best dentist office in NY. When I walked I to smile cafe, I was still afraid... Before every appointment I brought 2 stress balls just to squeeze my way through the discomfort, and every single time, the staff at this office was there to comfort me and help me through the promise I made. I didn't have to explain my story, or why I was there. They were so nice to me I immediately assumed that I couldn't afford their care, but they met my fears with a plan of action and support. Sometimes, on the tough days, an extra staff member would come over and hold my hand and rub my shoulder when was overwhelmed. In my mind I felt like they cared about me as much as I was trying to care about me, and it really made the difference. For some places you are just an appointment in an assembly line of patients that needs attention. At this office Dr. Noor and his ENTIRE TEAM, make it a point of service to ensure that you are cared for, that you are healthy, that you are comfortable, and that you keep your promise and smile. Dr. Daniel Noor, Dr. Luis Umana, Ingirth Garcia and the rest of the team here have provided such a life changing experience. Right from your first step in, everyone remembers and greets you by your name. Helpful, caring and charming. I always struggled with my smile and even more so on fixing it. I had been to a handful of orthodontists prior to my visit here, where all had requested a heavy scale and frightening procedure. I've been on Invisalign now for the past 3 years and I'm starting to wonder what it will feel like to be finished soon. I have been coming to Smile Cafe for many years. Dr Luis is great with orthodontic work. He takes his time & explains everything to you. Dr Noor always makes sure to say hello and handle any dental concerns you may have. Ingrid is an amazing hygienist, I always enjoy my appointments with her. Ronnie and Astrid have always been helpful with payment/billing/payment issues and always work with you. Overall, the staff has always been friendly and professional!

Dr. Noor is the most attentive dentist I’ve ever had and it shows in his work. He fixed the failed cosmetic work of a prior dentist and vastly improved upon it- my bite and smile feel and look great as a result. Very thorough and in depth check up. Never have I received as much information about my teeth and gums from a dentist and explanations on why certain conditions are there and how to properly treat them. I usually feel like I’m being taking to the cleaners when I go for a visit as the dentist always recommends a number of treatments I “need” but nothing was pushed on me here. My options however were explained for more long term issues which weren’t urgent. The doctor also examined my tongue and alerted me to a possible issue (more than likely due to my teeth rubbing against it on one side) that I should get checked by a medical doctor just in case so all in all I am extremely happy with the visit and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Overall exceptional experience. Was seen in a timely and friendly matter. Would highly recommend anyone to come here for dental service. Staff was very attentive to my needs and concern.

One of the best places to visit

It’s very rare that you find a dentist who will actually sit with you to explain and show genuine concern about the health of your teeth. I could complain about the time it took for me being in that office but a person taking their time with you and getting it right is better than a person rushing and messing up. I will definitely be going back soon

I have been one of Smile Cafe’s patients for a very long time. Their customer service remains impeccable which is a lot to say post-Covid. Their patient outreach also speaks volumes. As a provider and recipient of health care I feel patient outreach makes the difference between standard care and quality care. It makes you feel seen and heard. The follow-up is most important in my book. Dr. Noor and is his team, their service, quality of work it sets the standard for quality dental care pre and post Covid.

This was by far the best dental cleaning I’ve had in years, and Dr. Noor really knows his Invisalign treatment ideas from the first moment he looks at your teeth. Amazing service! From begining to end, everyone was super professional. Ingrid is so gentle with the cleaning and the doctor right after was super informational. He was super down to earth. Part 2 was the whitening. They were really attentive the whole time and MARSI is just a sweetheart! She knows exactly what she's doing as well. I had a very pleasant interaction there. They are super covid 19 cautious as well, procedures done right! I will be back and 100% recommended.

There aren't many places where one would return after having their first visit via a Groupon purchase...I had such a pleasant experience that I returned 6 months later for my cleaning and fillings. The practice is very organized and they stick to the appointment time. Maybe one feedback about being too organized is that they send out multiple appointment reminders so it could get a bit overwhelming. Staff are friendly and the dentist I had was very attentive. She did an awesome job on my fillings! Glad I found a dentist that I enjoy!

This was my first Zoom whitening experience, and Smile Cafe Dental Spa sure set the bar high... I even forgot I purchased the whitening on Groupon because they treated me better than places with services I've paid full price for. Everyone I've encountered here from patient advocate, coordinator, techs, and dentist provided superior - and I mean this, best of the best - service. Tech Marcella did such an amazing job on stripping my 30 years of stained teeth but more importantly, she thoroughly walked me through every step and constantly checked in to assess my experience. That really meant a lot. Then there was Dr. Noor who not once tried to push me to purchase more products/services (which is what I'm used to with other Groupon purchases) but he took his precious time to offer me an overview of my teeth and very helpful tips on maintaining preventative/good dental health. Wow just wow are all I can say about this place :)

Very satisfied with the Smile Cafe team. I needed extensive work done including multiple cavities and root canals. Dr. Sager handled almost all of my treatment,, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. She was very easy to talk to and answered any questions I might have had. After more than 2 months of coming into the office, the staff offered me a complimentary teeth whitening. I think that most people agree that going to the dentist is not exactly their favorite activity. I originally was going here for Zoom that I got on Groupon, however they informed me that I need to get a note beforehand from my dentist that my teeth are in good condition etc. --mind you, I loathe my current dentist. So I told them that wouldn't be possible however I would love to see them (call it a try out) for a cleaning, x-rays etc. They were able to fit me in later that day (PS, this is yesterday). When I walked in, everyone was super, super warm and friendly. But now let's talk about the actual process: the x-rays were extremely thorough, but the clean... never have I ever dealt with a more gentle hand. I was shocked. My teeth looked WHITE and felt great after! I am forgetting the name of my doctor (pardon), but she was lovely, calm and very friendly! Still going to do a Zoom for an extra punch though ;). Excellent service (they take my insurance), and well... they officially gained a new patient.

The entire office felt safe, is clean and sanitary, and everyone is very patient and friendly. My nerves were immediately put at ease and I was very comfortable during my entire visit.
